Before your rug reaches your home, our expert team professionally washes it using traditional handwashing techniques. We use gentle cleansers and water to remove any dust, dirt, or natural residues while preserving the rug’s vibrant colours and soft texture. Each rug is carefully inspected, air-dried, and brushed to restore its natural beauty before being shipped to you.
Regular Maintenance

Vacuuming – Use a vacuum with a gentle suction setting or a handheld vacuum to remove dust and debris. Avoid using a beater bar as it can damage the fibers.

✺ Rugs must be returned in their original, unused condition
✺ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

✺ Any difference in price between rugs will be charged or refunded accordingly
✺ Exchanges are available on both regular-priced and Archive Sale rugs, subject to availability
✺ Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, we'll arrange shipment of your new selection

These characteristics are not considered faults — they are part of the rug's history, craftsmanship, and individuality.
We lovingly refer to this as perfectly imperfect, and it's what makes each piece truly special.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every rug is accurately described and arrives safely.
If your rug arrives damaged during transit, is significantly different from its description, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email hello@rohithreads.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We'll assess the matter and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund where required.
