Due to the unique nature of our rugs, all sales are final. Each rug is a one-of-a-kind creation that may include slight imperfections or variations, which are a natural part of their handmade or vintage character. These details add to the charm and authenticity of your piece, making it truly special.

Exchanges or Resolutions for Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is important to us. If your rug arrives damaged or in a condition other than as described, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly work with you to address any issues and provide an appropriate resolution.
