Shipping Destinations & Cost

Australia, New Zealand & United States — Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Other International Destinations

If you’re located outside of Australia, New Zealand, or the United States, please contact us at hello@rohithreads.com for a custom shipping quote. We’re happy to explore international shipping options where possible.

Order Preparation & Dispatch

  • Each rug is professionally cleaned and quality-checked before leaving Morocco 
  • We ship with Aramex, our trusted international shipping partner
  • Please allow up to 5 days business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch
  • One Dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or remote delivery locations.

Taxes, Duties & Shipping Terms

Australia, New Zealand & United States (DDP)

All orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means:

  • We cover all import duties and taxes (including GST where applicable)
  • Shipping costs are included
  • You will not be charged anything further upon delivery

Other Countries

For other international destinations, if we arrange shipping, it will generally be on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Local import taxes or duties may apply, and we will advise you clearly before confirming your order.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are correct at checkout
  • We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refused delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping and associated fees
