At Rohi Threads, we take care to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition, from Morocco to your home.

AUZ/NZ Free shipping

We currently offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand only with free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.

If you're located outside of Australia or New Zealand, please get in touch with us at hello@rohithreads.com for a custom shipping quote. We’re happy to explore international shipping options where possible.

Order Preparation & Dispatch

Each rug is professionally cleaned and quality-checked before it leaves Morocco.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.

We ship exclusively with Aramex, our trusted international shipping partner.
Once your rug has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance or remote locations.

Taxes, Duties & Shipping Terms

We ship all orders to Australia and New Zealand on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — meaning we cover all import taxes (if due), duties, and shipping costs. You won’t be charged anything further upon delivery.

For other countries, if we arrange shipping, it may be on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — meaning you may be responsible for local import taxes or duties. We’ll advise you clearly before confirming your order.

Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are unable to reroute packages once they’ve been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping and any associated fees.
